Gloomy Weather

The weather has not been good for the last few days. It’s been raining all day. I hate that kind of weather because it makes me feel gloomy. There’s nothing to hear but just raindrops. It makes me feel alone. This is the time when I get to think of all the problems that I have. Problems that is brought by circumstances, brought by our disposition in life and brought by other people who are pain in the ass. But those problems might not have a large impact on me because that is the reality.

ISLAND BISCUIT’S ALL TIME FAVORITE CHOCOLATE WAFER

I did my grocery shopping yesterday together with my husband and my youngest, Joaqui. As we’re checking the biscuit’s lane to buy Ken’s everyday snacks in school, a gold-wrapped wafer, caught my attention because it looks familiar. I took it and remembered that that was my favorite chocolate wafer when I was a little kid.

Manic Monday

There is only one thing that mothers are anticipating for right after summer vacation. It is the first day of school. A few weeks ago, or maybe a couple of months ago, I am constantly planning for my eldest son’s next school year. He’s an incoming grade six student and of course, I wanna start his school year certainly right. June 6 is the first day of school. Coming from a two-month summer vacation, I make it a point that he’ll condition his heart, mind, body and spirit before going back to school.

Need to Learn

It seems like I spent the whole day looking for ways to pimp my blog. My eyes already told me to retire, but my brains keep telling me to go on, browse, browse, and browse! Maybe I’m just eager to make my blog more interesting to the eyes of the readers. But I want this to be much appealing to my own eyes first so I kept on changing and changing its templates, design, and color…everything that will make it beautiful in my eyes.

REVIEW: SM MUNTINLUPA: Sizzling Plate Merienda Cart at Reasonable Price

Sm Muntinlupa is the nearest mall from our place. We are living in San Pedro, Laguna and it’s just a few minutes away from Tunasan, Muntinlupa City where the Sm Muntinlupa is located. I used to go there with my kids to do the grocery shopping because they love to spend the whole afternoon playing arcade games at Tom’s World. It’s a bit hard to carry the things that I bought in paper bags with no handles at all but then again, I got used to it and managed to bring my own reusable eco-friendly bag every time I’ll do the grocery. I love the idea because we really have to do something to take care and preserve our Mother Nature for the benefit of the next generations. I just hope that may the entire city in the Philippines as well as the whole world will do the same.

Educational Toys, Flash Cards and Books of Phonics

Kids are naturally playful at all times especially our toddlers. Most of them see things as toys. Even in mealtime, there are a lot of destructions that’s why many of them end up leaving the table running back to their toys. We should not let them practice such things everyday because it will be hard for us to change every bad habit that they get used to when they got older. There is no particular age of a child that a mother should start teaching them self discipline. Even babies can develop a bad habit if we let them do that. It is just a matter of dealing with our own child and knowing how to raise them in the most proper way possible.

Kids on the Go

As a mom, we want to make sure that everything our kids need is always at hand.  Whether at home or if we are somewhere else, we want to make it a point that whatever it is that they might need is always there especially when we’re travelling. Me and my youngest son Joaqui is travelling from Laguna to Manila every Thursday morning. My son is a special child, which has a condition of Global Developmental Delay Syndrome.
