My sister-in-law is a native of Nueva Ecija, a province in the Central Luzon which considered as the “Rice Granary of the Philippines” because it is one of the top producers of agricultural products in the country. Nueva Ecija is considered the main rice growing province of the Philippines and the leading producer of onions in the Municipality of Bongabon in South East Asia.
