Beautiful Story Begins at Mc Donald's

My husband and I started our love story at Mc Donald’s. I was only 16 years old and he was 20. I applied for a job after I finished my high school, got hired at Mc Donald’s, went through an orientation conducted at the lobby where there he is, mopping the floor…stared at me, and the rest is history.

My Comfort Food

All of us get to experience down moments on our lives. It is when things are not falling into place. It is when we feel that we’re alone and nobody to lean on during those moments. Nobody to turn to and no one to talk to. Most people turn to a bottle of beer or a glass of wine. It is where they find peace and calmness. Most often than not, they try to forget the things that bother them and fall asleep afterwards.

HOW WOULD I DEAL WITH INFIDELITY ISSUES?

There is an issue that keeps boggling into my mind recently. It’s about infidelity issue. Most likely men commit. Honestly, I’ve never been into that situation with my 13 years of marriage. But I’m not closing my mind because everything is possible to happen. Maybe not now, but in the near future. Nobody knows. That is why I’m thinking how to handle that situation right. Especially to women who have kids. I’m talking about two people who are so close to me. Two different women who face the same situation. The other one opted to keep silent and forgive her husband so easily for the sake of her kids. The other one chose to exert extreme violence because she thinks that it is the best way to scare her husband and stop him from “fooling around”.

PUBLIC OR PRIVATE SCHOOL FOR OUR PRE-ELEMENTARY STUDENTS?

Indeed, mothers want to give the best education for their children. As a mother myself, I admit that I am meticulous in choosing the right school for my children especially for my 4-year old son. I haven’t enrolled him yet this year because his Occupational Therapy is still on-going and we are still working out to prolong his attention span before sending him to a regular school so I have several months more to scout for the right school that fits in to my qualifications for my precious son. I have a friend who asked my opinion about the type of school that her 5-year old daughter should go. She wanted to enroll her to a private school but unfortunately, the family income is not sufficient to pay the expensive tuition fees and miscellaneous fees that a private school has. She ended up sending her daughter to a public school nearby but she is not satisfied with the way of teaching that her daughter gets.

HONEST REVIEW: MARY GRACE SQUARES

My ever loving and thoughtful husband usually brings me food every night because he knows that I love to eat before going to bed. One night, he brought me a yellow box and he said it was a box of delicious brownies. I am already lying on the bed that time and almost asleep but I really want to try the brownies which has a brand that I’ve never heard before. Mary Grace.

Hubby's Pasalubong

My usual routine is to stay up late surfing the net especially on weekends where I don’t have to wake up early to prepare my kid’s breakfast and baon at school. I just have to have a cup of my favorite brown coffee and chips on my computer table and I’ll stay up and about! It’s a good thing that my husband’s job is until midnight so he’s usually home already at about 1am or 2am so he has “pasalubong” for me every night. Most often, he calls me every night and asks me what I want for pasalubong so I usually end up getting the food that I’m craving for every night.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY AT UP CAMP MANILA

This is a long overdue post. I have been so busy in supporting my eldest, Ken, with his reports and projects for he is already a grade six student so the school focuses in preparing them in entering Secondary Education next school year. It just means more reports, more projects and more activities! Vacation is over! My youngest Joaqui also had a two-month vacation from attending his Occupational Therapy sessions at University of the Philippines, Manila. I have mentioned on my previous post  that he was diagnosed to with Global Developmental Delay Syndrome, one of a few complications for being an eight-month premature baby boy.
